BY USING THE SITE AND PLATFORM, YOU WARRANT AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, AND WHICH GOVERN THE USE OF THE PLATFORM AND RELATED SERVICES.
The capitalized terms have the same meaning as ascribed to them Terms of Service, unless otherwise noted here.
You should check this Policy frequently for any changes. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our Policy from time to time and you will be notified of such changes by notifications on our Website, and/or Platform, or by sending you emails informing you of such changes, or by any other reasonable means. Your continued use of our Website and/or our Platform, following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. If we intend to apply the modifications or amendments to this Policy pertaining to personal information already in our possession, we will provide you with notice of the modifications or amendments 15 days prior to such modifications or amendments taking effect.
1. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
We collect several types of information from and about Users of our Site and/or Platform, including the following information:
a. Personally Identifiable Information
The Company collects personal information only if you voluntarily choose to share such information with the Company. You may browse the Site without disclosing any Personal Information. However, in order for you to register for a User account and take advantage of the Platform, we may require that you furnish Personally identifiable information. When you create an account to use the Platform or register for the Beta Test, the Company will collect information including your name, address, phone number and email address.
b. Account Activity Information
When you create an account on our Site, we will collect details of transactions you carry out through our Site and/or Platform and of the fulfillment of your Tasks.
c. Background Check Information
The Company may use a third-party vendor for conducting background checks on prospective Users. However, company does not store any information collected by the third-party vendor during the background check process.
d. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone numbers, the contents of the message. This also includes information collected from you when you participate in a Task.
e. Information that we collect when you use our Site and/or Platform
Location Information. We collect this information from your Social Media Provider, automatically as you navigate through our Site and/or Platform, through your Internet provider or wireless service provider, whichever applicable.
Automatic Data Collection Technologies. As you navigate through and interact with our Site and/or Platform, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including: (1) details of your visits to our Site and/or Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site and/or Platform. (2) information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.
f. Anonymous or Aggregated Data.

By using the platform, you expressly consent and agree to accept and receive communications from us, including via e-mail, text message, calls, and push notifications to the cellular telephone number you provided to us.

Standard text messaging charges applied by your cell phone carrier will apply to text messages we send. In all cases, we will take appropriate measures to protect your information in accordance with the policies described herein.

To preserve the integrity of our databases, we may retain information submitted by Users for an indefinite length of time. If required by law, we will delete personal information by erasing it from our database. 4. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
The security and confidentiality of your personal information is important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure and improper use. In addition, access to your information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, for example, sales representatives, managers, and customer service staff, are granted access to information. All employees with access to information are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. After a new policy is added, these employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to enhance protection for our users' information.
We will not transfer to a non-agent third party any information that is sensitive in nature, such as information specifying your medical or health condition, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership without your prior affirmative consent.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Therefore, it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account password and to your computer. Some of the Company’s content is "sponsored by" or "presented by" other companies. The Company may share market research data (how the sponsorship performed, names of contest winners, etc.) collected on this Site or via email surveys with these partners. THIS INFORMATION IS AGGREGATE AND NOT LINKED TO SPECIFIC USERS.
